Alkhabeer REIT Fund will pay a 2.26 percent cash dividend for the period from March 20, 2019 until June 30, 2019, at SAR 0.226 per unit, amounting to SAR 15.02 million, the fund manager, Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 2.206 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
The planned distribution is the first dividend since the fund’s listing in Tadawul on March 20, 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
