MEFIC REIT Fund posts SAR 9 mln profit in H1 2019

MEFIC REIT Fund’s net profit stood at SAR 8.6 million for H1 2019, the fund manager MEFIC Capital said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Net Asset Value (NAV) stood at SAR 762.5 million, while NAV per unit hit SAR 10.41.

 

The fund reported SAR 25.2 million in total expenses and fees.

 

Total number of issued units reached 73.3 million for the same period.

 

Total return stood at 1.13 percent for the first half of the year, the statement added.
