Alujain says Q2 2019 financials to be delayed

Alujain Corp.’s financial statements for the period ending on June 30, 2019 will be delayed, the company said in a bourse statement.

Alujain said it was unable to publish its financial results on time as its affiliate NATPET did not submit its financials. Alujain confirmed that it will discuss necessary procedures with relevant parties to protect shareholders interests. 

A trading halt will be placed on the company's shares in line with the listing regulations announced in March, 25, 2019.
