Red Sea International chairman resigns

Red Sea International Co.’s board of directors approved on Aug. 19 the resignation of chairman Ibrahim Hassan Al Madhoun, effective immediately, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

Al Madhoun had submitted his resignation a month ago for personal reasons.

 

Vice-chairman Jamal Abdullah Al Dabbagh will be the acting chairman until a chairman is appointed, the statement added.
