Nama Chemicals scraps SAR 200 mln capital hike

Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors canceled a previous recommendation to increase the company’s capital by SAR 200 million, as the plan proved to be ‘infeasible’, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In July, Nama’s board amended its previous recommendation to raise capital by SAR 200 million instead of SAR 400 million through a rights issue, Argaam reported.
