Nama Chemicals says three board members resigned

Nama Chemicals Co.’s three board members have submitted resignations today, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

The company’s board of directors terminated the company’s chief executive, Abdullah Bin Ouda Al Enazi effective from Aug. 25, 2019 and appointed Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Mansour as an acting CEO starting from Aug. 26, 2019.
