1) Leejam Sports Co.’s (Fitness Time) board of directors has recommended a 5.05 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.5049 per share, amounting to SAR 26.45 million.
2) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance announced that it has completed the first phase purchase of its own shares, a part of its employee incentive program.
3) Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company’s board of directors has appointed Kamran Mazhar Jaafari as the new acting CEO.
4) Najran Cement Co. announced that it has renewed the clinker export license for one year as of Sep. 4, 2019.
5) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a fine of SAR 20,000 on Halwani Bros on violation of the regulatory rules related to offering of securities and continuing obligations.
6) Brent crude on Thursday fell 5 cents to reach $60.65 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also decreased 8 cents to reach $56.18/bbl.
