1) Saudi Arabia’s King Salman has appointed Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as the new Minister of Energy, relieving Khalid Al-Falih from the post.
2) Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. has extended the agreement with Cairo-based brokerage firm, Premier Holding Co., for one year starting from Sep. 5, 2019.
3) Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. has received a request from a major shareholder, who owns over 5 percent of the company's capital, to hold a general assembly meeting to vote on dismissing four board members.
4) Brent crude on Friday gained 59 cents to reach $61.54 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 22 cents to reach $56.52/bbl.
