Al-Omran Industries announces new appointments

Al-Omran Industries & Trading Co. has appointed Mohammed Omran Al Omran as the chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The company also appointed Naser M. Omran as the vice chairman and Abdul Rahman M. Omran as the managing director, the statement added.

 

In May, Al-Omran shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Sept. 19, 2019. The new board includes Mohamed O. Al-Omran, Naser M. Omran, Abdul Rahman M. Omran, Abdullah A. Al-Ghadeer and Fahd S. Al-Homail.
