Tawuniya’s shareholders approve amending bylaws

The Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) shareholders have approved amending bylaws articles number 19, 24 and 30, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved amending the company’s corporate governance and updating board remunerations policies.
