Nomu-listed National Building & Marketing Co. expects to post Q2 2019 audited financial results before Thursday, Oct. 10, the company said in a bourse statement.
The company was unable to post the second-quarter financials on time, as its auditor for FY19 failed to obtain the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) license.
A trading halt will be placed on the company's shares on Sep. 11, 2019, in line with the Listing Regulations.
Incorporated in Riyadh in 1990, the firm sells building materials and equipment, and manufactures reinforcing steel with an annual output capacity of 100,000 tons.
