Tihama shareholders approve routine agenda items

Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co.’s general assembly approved financial statements and audit report for fiscal year (FY) ending March 31, 2019.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report and discharged board members from liabilities for the same FY, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

An external auditor was appointed for FY 2020 and Q1 2021, the statement added.
