The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on shares of Alujain Corp. starting today, Sept. 22, as the company failed to disclose H1 2019 financial statements within the specified period.
The company’s shares will remain suspended until the announcement of its financial statements.
Argaam has reported earlier that trading on Alujain was suspended for one trading session on Thursday, Aug. 22 due to non-compliance with the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) deadline for disclosing Q2 2019 financial statements.
The company has also announced that it was unable to publish its financial results on time, following receiving a letter from its affiliate, NATPET, that it will refrain from delivering quarterly financial statements going forward, based on its general assembly's decision.
