6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading on shares of Alujain Corp. starting Sept. 22, as the company failed to disclose H1 2019 financial statements within the specified period.

 

2) Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. has opened a new branch in the Northern Borders, bringing the total number of branches in Saudi Arabia to 229.

 

3) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. is close to finalizing and discussing its draft work plan and financial restructuring procedure with auditors – a key perquisite for issuing its fiscal year (FY) 2018 consolidated results.

 

4) Tadawul has suspended trading on shares of the National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) starting Sept. 22, as the company failed to disclose H1 2019 financial statements within the specified period.

 

5) The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has implemented the quantity increase for Advanced Petrochemical Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders on Sept. 22.

 

6) Brent crude on Tuesday fell 32 cents to reach $64.45 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also decreased 28 cents to reach $58.36/bbl.
