Bidfood signs foodservice distributorship deal with General Mills

Saudi-based foodservice distributor Bidfood KSA (formerly known as Al Diyafa Company for Catering Services), on Tuesday announced that it has signed an agreement with General Mills to distribute Green Giant frozen vegetables across the country.

 

This follows an agreement entered earlier with General Mills to supply Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in Saudi Arabia exclusively for the foodservice Channels, a statement said.

 

General Mills is one of the largest manufacturers of baking goods, cereals, ice cream, grain snacks, meal products, organic food and frozen food with a strong market presence in more than 100 countries across six continents. Its brands include Cheerios, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Häagen-Dazs and Cascadian Farm, among others.
