Mortgage loans provided to retail clients by banks in Saudi Arabia increased by 225% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 4.9 billion in August 2019, data issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
When compared to the previous month, mortgage loans retreated by around SAR 1.8 billion in August.
