Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Thursday has approved AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.’s request to increase its capital from SAR 450 million to SAR 500 million.
2) National Gas & Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) board of directors has approved on Thursday the resignation of the current CEO Abdulkarim Alnujaidi.
3) The official gazette has published the details of the amended capital market regulations, approved by the Saudi Cabinet on Sept. 17, 2019.
4) Brent crude on Friday gained 66 cents to reach $58.37 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 36 cents to reach $52.81/bbl.
