Al Sagr announces resignation of board member

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that its non-executive board member, Amjad Mohammed Yousri AlDuwaik, has resigned from his position.

 

Effective from Oct.8, 2019, AlDuwaik resigned due to personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.
