Saudi Arabia’s booming entertainment industry will achieve growth similarly to the stock and real estate markets in the near future, Turki Al-Sheikh Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) said during the Entertainment Industry Forum 2019.
“The Entertainment Authority will generate attractive yields from investments in many raw land plots in Riyadh, which have been unutilized for several years,” Al-Sheikh added.
On the Riyadh Season, Al-Sheikh asserted that GEA’s foreign partners will all participate in the event, adding GEA did not face any challenge during the planning phase.
Riyadh Season, which offers more than 100 events, has kicked off on Friday, Oct. 11 and will continue through mid-December.
The event is taking place in 12 main zones across the capital, including Riyadh Boulevard, Riyadh Front, Diplomatic Quarters, Al-Muraba’a, Al-Malaz, and Wadi Namar.
