CMA fines National Building, Enaya for violations

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a SAR 10,000 fine on Nomu-listed National Building and Marketing Co. for failing to disclosed its financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2019 in time.

 

The market regulator also said today in a separate statement that it imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company.

 

The insurer didn’t immediately disclose an insurance deal on June 27 with Dr. Suliman Fakeeh hospital for over 5 percent of its gross revenues, according to its financial statements for fiscal year 2018, the statement said.
