Sipchem appoints new board member

Sahara International Petrochemical Co.’s (Sipchem) board of directors appointed on Oct. 14 Khalid Abdullah Al-Zamil as a non-executive board member representing the Al-Zamil Holding Group Company, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The appointment is still pending shareholders’ approval, it added.
