Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said he has no information on whether OPEC and other oil-producing allies would consider deepening production cuts during their prospective meeting in December.
Novak added that it is possible to amend OPEC+ agreement, but there are no official proposals yet.
The minister’s comments followed a recent report by Reuters, suggesting that OPEC+ and partners will consider deepening oil production cuts in December due to weaker growth of demand in 2020.
He called on all parties to fulfill their commitments towards the OPEC+ deal.
