Alkhabeer REIT Fund will pay a 2 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.2 per unit, amounting to SAR 13.29 million, the fund manager, Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.925 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
