Alujain, Thimar placed on trading halt pending Q3 earnings disclosure

Alujain Corp. and the National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) were placed under a one-day trading halt starting today Nov. 12, pending disclosure of Q3 2019 financial results.

 

Trading will resume for 20 trading sessions on Wednesday, Nov. 13, provided that both companies disclose their financial statements before Dec. 10. Otherwise, shares will be suspended from trading again as of Dec. 11.

 

Last Thursday, Alujain said it was unable to disclose its financial results for the period ending on Sep. 30, 2019 for a reason beyond its control.

 

In turn, Thimar announced on Sunday its failure to publish its financials for the same period.
