MEPCO names Abdullah Al-Moammar as chairman

Middle East Paper Co.’s (MEPCO) board of directors has appointed Abdullah Al Moammar as board chairman for the new three-year period starting on November 14, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also named Musaab Al Muhaidib as vice chairman for the same term.

 

Meanwhile, the board formed the remunerations and nominations committee and the audit committee.
