Aramex launches last mile delivery solution in Saudi Arabia, UAE

Aramex has launched its latest last mile delivery solution across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the logistics solutions provider said in a statement.

The rollout of Aramex Spot comes as part of the company’s commitment to strengthen its last mile capabilities while remaining committed to its asset light structure.

Aramex has partnered with commercial locations to utilize their outlets for its customer shipments in a move to enhance service and accommodate the growing demand for more pick-up options.

“This latest addition to our last mile delivery solutions will allow the end recipient to conveniently pick-up their shipments from a nearby supermarket, pharmacy or other commercial outlets,” Iyad Kamal, chief operating officer of Aramex, said.

Aramex has already partnered up with commercial locations and expects to grow to 150 spot locations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE by the end of 2020.
