Saudi assets under management edge down 0.5% in Q3 2019

The total assets under management (AUMs) held by licensed asset managers (public and private funds, and private portfolios) in Saudi Arabia dropped by 0.5%, or SAR 2.4 billion, to SAR 481.85 billion in Q3 2019, according to recent data issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

NCB Capital’s AUMs reported the steepest decline quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) in the value of AUMs among peers at SAR 8.37 billion to SAR 150.5 billion in the same period.

 

Jadwa Investments came second with a drop of SAR 2.7 billion.

On the other hand, HSBC Saudi Arabia’s AUMs registered the highest increase of SAR 3.97 billion QoQ to SAR 19.4 billion in the third quarter of the year.

 

Al Rajhi Capital came second with a rise of SAR 3.87 billion QoQ in Q3 2019.
