Saudi Arabia closes November SAR 1.41 bln sukuk issuance

The Debt Management Office (DMO) of the Ministry of Finance announced that it has closed the November 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 1.415 billion, the ministry said in a statement.

 

The sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:

 

- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.285 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.415 billion, maturing in 2025.

 

- The second tranche has a size of SAR 50 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 2.678 billion, maturing in 2028.

 

- The third tranche has a size of SAR 80 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 11.091 billion, maturing in 2031.
