Royal decree issued to clamp down on land encroachments

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman issued a royal decree to clamp down on land encroachments.

 

The decree grants the Kingdom the right to seize all land plots, for which owners do not hold the relevant title deeds.

 

The decision aims to ensure the optimum investment of these assets.
