Tadawul suspends trading on Thimar shares

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended once again trading of National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) as of today Dec. 11, 2019, for not disclosing its Q3 financial statements within the specified period.

 

Tadawul added that the halt will remain until the company announces its financial results.

 

Thimar announced on Dec. 10 that it was unable to publish Q3 2019 financial statements on time (Dec. 10) as its external auditor did not receive the financial statements of its affiliate Thimar Wasmi Co.

 

Tadawul has previously lifted the trading suspension placed on Thimar’s shares on Nov. 12, granting the company a lead-time until Dec. 10 to disclose its results.
