Swicorp Wabel REIT to register fund with GAZT

Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund’s board of directors approved to register the fund with the General Authority for Zakat and Income (GAZT) for Zakat purpose, in accordance with the applicable regulations since early 2019, Swicorp Company, the fund manager, said in a bourse filing.

The fund will appoint an independent consultancy office to assist in the registration procedures, noting that the fund will disclose later all developments in this regard.
