SARCO’s lawsuit against Saudi Aramco adjourned to Feb. 11

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) lawsuit against Saudi Aramco was postponed to Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 to pronounce the judgment, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In November 2016, SARCO filed a petition to King Salman asking Saudi Aramco to pay SAR 137.1 million, in order to settle a dispute dating back to November 2011.
