Tabuk Agricultural names new board chairman

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) board of directors accepted the resignation of board chairman, Suleiman Al Sarraf, for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

It also appointed Alwaleed Al-Shathri – non-executive member - as new chairman.
