Arabian Aramco Total announces partial redemption of Sukuk

Arabian Aramco Total Services Company said in a bourse statement it partially redeemed SAR 147 million worth of Sukuk on Monday representing 3.92% of the Sukuk’s original face value (scheduled semi-annually).

 

This came as per the redemption schedule of the CMA.

 

Subsequently, the face value of each Sukuk certificate becomes SAR 67,486 and the outstanding Sukuk principal is SAR 2.5 billion.
