Riyad Cap announces soft opening of Riyad REIT’s Alkhobar hotel

Riyad Capial, the fund manager of Riyad REIT Fund, announced in a bourse filing on Monday, the soft opening of Ascott Corniche Alkhobar hotel.

 

The hotel houses Al Mandloun restaurant, which will be managed through a franchise agreement, and is expected to open in the second half of 2020.

 

The full hotel opening will have a positive financial impact on the fund, the statement added.
