SEC discloses new administrative amendments, appointments

Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) announced, in a statement to Tadawul on Monday, a series of administrative amendments and new appointments focusing on digital transformation, cyber security, and new services.

 

SEC appointed the following experts:

 

- Manish Mansha Nadia as Deputy Chief Finance Officer.

 

- Engineer Ibrahim Al Khunaizan as head of the middle sector for distribution and subscribers services.

 

- Engineer Riyadh Al Zamil as Deputy Head of Power Generation.

 

- Engineer Ibrahim Al Jarbou as chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Grid Substation

 

- Engineer Mahdi Aldosary as CEO of the Saudi Electricity Company for Projects Development (SECPD).

 

The company vowed to support young leaders by giving them the opportunity to join leading positions, noting that some of the recruits have graduated from the leadership development program, MIT.

 

SEC established an independent administration for cyber security, and merged the departments of supplies and contracts and general services, appointing Engineer Abdullah Al Madi as deputy head of department.

 

Moreover, SEC established a department for information technology (IT) and digital transformation led by Engineer Khaled Al Rashid, in addition to his role as Deputy Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development.
