Mouwasat names new chairman

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s (Mouwasat) board of directors appointed on Jan. 4 Mohammed Sultan Al-Subaie as the board’s chairman, and Nasser Sultan Al-Subaie as vice chairman.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday that the board also appointed Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Saleem as managing director, Khalid Sulaiman Al-Saleem as deputy managing director, and Yousef Ahmed Suleiman as secretary general.

 

The board also named the executive committee, nomination and remuneration committee and representatives of the company before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).

 

In addition, it approved the formation of the audit committee for the upcoming 3-year term as well as its functions, controls and members rewards, during the meeting held on Dec. 16, 2019.
