Saudi Cable’s rights issue 58% subscribed

Saudi Cable Co. said its rights issue was 57.76% subscribed, as investors pumped SAR 144.4 million into 14.44 million shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The remaining 10.56 million shares will be reoffered on a pro rata basis to institutional investors tomorrow Jan. 21 and Jan. 22.

 

Any remaining shares will be allocated to the underwriter at the offering price, the statement added.
