SEDCO Capital REIT to pay 1.65% dividend for Q4 2019 on Jan. 26

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund will pay a 1.65% cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.165 per unit, amounting to SAR 9.9 million as of Jan. 26, 2020, the fund manager, SEDCO Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.67% of net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
