InterContinental set to open Riyadh office in March

Global hotel chain InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)  plans to open an office in Riyadh in March 2020, in a bid to support its existing operation and expansion drive in Saudi Arabia, it said in a statement.

 

Bastien Blanc, managing director for KSA & Bahrain, will head the Riyadh office, while Saad Al-Ahmari will be the director of HR and government affairs,  the statement added.

 

Currently, IHG has a portfolio of 33 hotels and 20 hotels in the pipeline, which are expected to open in the next 3-5 years.
