Takween reappoints chairman, vice chairman

Takween Advanced Industries (Takween) reappointed Abdulmohsen Al-Othman as a chairman of the board of directors and Sulaiman Al Tuwaijri as vice chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Jameel Abdullah Al-Mulhem was also appointed as managing director.

 

The company’s board of directors also formed the nomination and remuneration as well as the executive committees, appointed a board secretary and named the company’s representative at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa)
