Al-Khodari invites shareholders to attend financial restructuring presentation on Feb. 4

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s board of directors invited shareholders to attend a presentation on the latest developments of its financial restructuring plan on Feb. 4, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

The presentation will provide update on the present status of the company’s Financial Restructuring Proposal (FRP), timeline and the latest developments on its capital restructuring plan.

 

The results of the meeting will be announced in due course, the statement said.

 

In July 2019, the Dammam commercial court issued a ruling to initiate Al-Khodari’s financial restructuring under the Kingdom’s new bankruptcy law, appointing Saleh Abdullah Al-Naeem as financial restructuring secretary.
