Jabal Omar Development chairman resigns

Jabal Omar Development Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of its chairman Abdulaziz Al Subaie, citing personal reasons.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday that Al Subaie submitted his resignation on Jan. 1, and it was approved on Jan. 27.

 

The board appointed vice chairman Abdul Rauf Bin Mohammed Manaa as acting chairman effective until the appointment of a new chairman during the next board meeting.
