Point-of-sale (POS) transactions in Saudi Arabia saw a 25% year-on-year (YoY) increase to SAR 27.93 billion in December 2019, figures from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
Data showed that 181 million transactions were processed through nearly 438,600 points-of-sales in shopping malls, retail stores, and pharmacies.
