Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) will hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2019, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The decision aims to continue building and financing of the company’s existing projects in accordance with its strategy.
The decision is subject to the approval of Maaden’s general assembly.
Maaden reported a net profit of SAR 462.9 million for the first 9 months of 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
