Al Jouf Cement opens board membership nominations

Al Jouf Cement Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming 3-year term, starting Aug. 6, 2020.

Applicants can submit an application for nomination from Feb. 5 to March 3, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.

Candidates will be elected at the next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, the statement also said.
