Tadawul renames Sarah Al Suhaimi as chairperson

Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) company's board of directors reappointed Sarah Jammaz Al Suhaimi as chairperson and Yazeed Abdulrahman Al Humaid as vice chairperson of the board, the bourse said in a statement.

 

The announcement is part of the board resolution following its meeting on Feb. 5, the statement added.

 

The board has also approved the formation of the board’s committees.

 

On January 2, Tadawul Company’s general assembly elected board members for a three-year term, the statement added.

 

The new board includes: Sarah Jammaz Al Suhaimi, Yazeed Abdulrahman Al Humaid, Khalid Abdullah Al Hussan, Hashem Othman Al Hekail, Sabti Suliman Al Sabti, Yousef Abdullah Al Benyan, Rania Mahmoud Nashar, Xavier Rolet, and Mark Makepeace.
