Alhokair Group CEO resigns for personal reasons

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s board of directors accepted on Sunday the resignation of CEO Omar Sami Samara, effective Feb. 29.

 

Samara stepped down citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The company named managing director Sami bin Abdulmohsen Alhokair as acting CEO, effective Feb. 29, until the appointment of a new CEO, it added.
