9 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 178.62 million for fiscal year (FY) 2019, up by 5.08% year-on-year (YoY).

 

2) Al Kathiri Holding Co. posted a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 16.01 million for FY2019, a rise of 72.1% YoY, as compared to SAR 9.3 million in FY2018.

 

3) Anaam International Holding Group Co. amended its capital hike recommendation to SAR 90 million from SAR 75 million through a rights issue.

 

4) Al Rajhi Capital distributed 2.1% cash dividends to Al Rajhi REIT Fund unitholders for the second half of 2019, at SAR 0.21 per unit, amounting SAR 33.99 million.

 

5) BATIC Investment and Logistics Co.’s (BATIC) subsidiary, Arabian Security & Safety Services Co. (AMNCO), secured a Sharia-compliant credit facility worth SAR 79 million from Emirates NBD.

 

6) Al Sorayai Trading And Industrial Group Company said investors subscribed to 9.3 million out of 11.27 million right shares at a total value of SAR 93.32 million.

 

7) Budget Saudi recommended a 15% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 1.5 per share, amounting to SAR 106.75 million.

 

8) Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) received the approval of the Saudi Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) to renew its license.

 

9) Brent crude on Monday declined 10 cents to reach $54.37 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 10 cents to reach $50.22/bbl.
