National Education completes Al-Khwarizmi ownership transfer

National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) announced on Monday that all conditions have been fulfilled to complete the acquisition and ownership transfer of Riyadh-based Al-Khwarizmi Co. for Education. 

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul the conditions include fulfillment of the required regulatory approvals as well as submission of additional details and documents from the seller to NCLE.

 

The statement further noted that Al-Khwarizmi's articles of incorporation was amended.

 

Last Nov., NCLE signed a purchase agreement to fully acquire Al-Khwarizmi Co. for Education, a limited liability Co., for SAR 30 million, Argaam reported.
